Laura Oslick


Ms. Oslick oversees investor relations and global institutional capital raising activities at Century Bridge. She also leads the firm's Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Prior to joining Century Bridge in 2014, Ms. Oslick was an Investment Manager at Hunt Realty Investments and a Real Estate Analyst at HFF in Dallas, Texas working in capital raising, investor relations, and real estate investments.

In 2011, Ms. Oslick interned as a Summer Associate with Jefferies & Co. in the real estate investment banking group in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Before attending business school in 2010, Ms. Oslick was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at KPMG, where she consulted on mergers and acquisitions. Her previous experience also includes consulting and auditing private companies, public companies, and the U.S. Federal Government while at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Oslick chairs the Admissions Committee of the Alumni Council of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is active in the Urban Land Institute, serving as the Programs Chair of the Women’s Leadership Initiative for North Texas. Ms. Oslick is also involved in the Junior League of Dallas and is a graduate of the T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute.

Ms. Oslick earned BBA and MS degrees in Accounting in 2005 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She also earned an MBA in 2012 from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, Ms. Oslick focused on real estate finance and earned a certificate in Sustainable Enterprise. Ms. Oslick is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
