Chi Limin

Chief Construction Manager

Mr. Chi was born and raised in China and has over three decades of direct construction management and civil engineering experience. Mr. Chi is responsible for hiring and managing each Century Bridge on-site construction manager. He is also directly involved in the oversight of construction activities at all ongoing Century Bridge development projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chi has been involved in various capacities in the construction of residential, senior care, retail, office, industrial and stadium properties, as well as utilities and other major public works. Prior to joining Century Bridge in 2008, Mr. Chi spent five years in the commercial real estate development industry as a Civil Engineering Manager and Deputy Construction Manager at Zhongliang Real Estate and Shenhua Real Estate Co. in Beijing.

From 1988 until 2002 Mr. Chi was Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer at Jilin Xinda Real Estate Development Co. in Changchun, China, where he worked on both commercial developments and public work projects. From 1985 to 1988 he was sent by the Chinese government to Nigeria to assist in the construction of a National Stadium for the country.

Mr. Chi began his career as a civil engineer in 1977, working for the Jilin No. 2 Construction Company (state owned), where he spent eight years working on a wide range of construction projects.

Mr. Chi received a BS in Construction Engineering from Haerbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 1977.
