• Total project size of $48.4 million, with $5.6 million invested by Century Bridge China Real Estate Fund II, L.P. with a Yangtze River Delta focused real estate developer, Zhongliang Real Estate Group
• Development comprised of approximately 430 residential units
• Land area of approximately 339,000 square feet, with gross buildable area of approximately 750,000 square feet
• Century Bridge successfully exited this project in September 2020
