Century Bridge Capital is focused on investment opportunities in China’s growing real estate sector.  Our strategy is to form joint ventures with premier Chinese real estate development companies to provide equity capital for the development of properties.  We will also make investments directly into privately held Chinese real estate development companies.

We are focused on the residential real estate sector in China’s Tier II cities, where growth rates are high due to wage increases and a mass population migration from rural to urban cities.

Century Bridge will entertain a wide variety of investment vehicles, including majority and minority ownership positions in onshore and offshore vehicles.  In addition, we will participate with our Chinese development partners in land auctions, as well as opportunities to invest equity capital to develop their existing land banks.

While we provide our Chinese development partners with equity capital, we believe that our most important asset is our people.  As such, we always seek to provide not just capital in transactions, but also the experience, talent, relationships and insight of our highly experienced team in order to maximize our joint success over the long term.
