Keith A. Tucker

Chairman Emeritus and Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Century Bridge, Mr. Tucker served as Chairman and Chief Executive

Officer of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., a publicly held mutual fund complex (NYSE: WDR). Over the course of his tenure as Chairman and CEO, the firm's assets under management grew from approximately $5 billion to over $40 billion. In addition to taking the company public on the New York Stock Exchange, he also greatly expanded Waddell & Reed's distribution channels through the strategic acquisition of the Ivy Funds, a $24 billion group of mutual funds.

Prior to taking Waddell & Reed public in 1998, Mr. Tucker served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Torchmark Corporation, a publicly held insurance, financial services and real estate development company, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama (NYSE: TMK). During his tenure at Torchmark, Mr. Tucker also ran Waddell & Reed, which was then a major subsidiary of Torchmark.

Prior to joining Torchmark in 1991, Mr. Tucker was a partner with a middle market private equity firm, as well as a Senior Vice President at Stephens, Inc., an investment banking firm headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he led mergers and acquisitions, public and private placements, and corporate financial planning. Prior to joining Stephens, Inc. in 1984, Mr. Tucker was a Partner with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he led the firm's insurance industry practice as the National Director of Insurance.

Mr. Tucker earned a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1967 and a JD from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970.
